We had such a great time cooking and eating this week! We learned how to make a number of yummy things at Kitchen Coach, and Richard’s parents treated us all to lunch and a kitchen tour of their restaurant Pho To Chau in Edmonds next to the Ranch Market on Hwy 99. We also made quesadillas, dirt pudding, smoothies, and mason jar cookie mixes.
